Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well! I am back with more book recommendations because you can never have too many. This time I will be suggesting books on mindfulness, meditation and affirmations. These are all things I am very passionate about, and learning more about every single day.
If you struggle with anxiety, stress, over-thinking, panic attacks, etc., (or even if you just need a more peaceful lifestyle) then I hope these books can help you become more mindful and calm. Life can be so hectic and chaotic sometimes, we truly need an outlet where we can relax and release good energy into the world.
All these books have great reviews also, so don’t just take my word for it! The books include breathing techniques, focusing on the present moment, kind affirmations for yourself, being one with nature and so much more!
